PLEASE NOTE:

North West Counties (all Leagues) have increased 'fines' for a clubs none attendance at scheduled monthly meetings.

Any HFH "People", irrespective of which ever age group team they are representing,

MUST ensure attendance at the NWC's MONTHLY meetings, as per rostering shown below.

If circumstances occur whereby attendance is impossible, then please contact another HFH age group team coach/manager, to seek arrangements for cover.

Every effort should be made to ensure HFH attendance at every NWC age group team monthly meeting.

The Payment of any fines by the HFH Club is something which unnecessarily draws on the restricted operational finances of the HFH Club.

PLEASE think and help YOUR Club. 

Here are the HFH age group rosters for attending the NWC Monthly Meetings, season 2011/2012.

It's essential that every monthly NWC meeting is attended by HFH personnel AND that the information is disseminated to those Team Coaches who you are representing.

Please identify your respective age groupteam  from the roster below.

Where your age group is identified please ensure attendance at the North West Counties monthly meeting is honoured.

As a HFH representative,  you will be representing ALL of the HFH age group teams in that NWC's League. Therefore, you also have the responsibility for conveying back to the different HFH age group Team Coaches, those elements of the meeting affecting them.

If you have access to email, then this is the obvious medium for forwarding information. Also, please ensure that the HFH Club Secretary is 'copied-in' on any such emails, to allow him/her to prepare for the various meetings  they may be attending.
